January-February 2019 Announcements: Barre3 Mueller Collab + Valentine's Day Promotion now LIVE!
The cat is finally out of the bag friends: I am SO EXCITED to announce a new partnership I will be starting with Barre3 Mueller! For those of you that don't know, I LOVE Barre3 Mueller!!!!! I love it so much in fact, that I work front desk a couple of days a week because I just can't get enough of the unique community & ass-kicking (not to mention rejuvenating) work out. I am ALL ABOUT empowering women! And for me, I feel the most empowered when I feel strong, and as a doula, that strength starts physically for me with my workout routine. Every time I take a Barre3 class, I leave feeling recharged and a little more balanced - not to mention sore ;)

Sweetheart Sessions are typically 20 minutes in length at the location of your choice and include 15 high resolution, fully edited images. Icing on the cake? These sessions are an affordable $175 and as long as you BOOK before February 14th, you can use the session at any point in the next 3 months.
